New Construction
Customers come to us in one of two ways. One, they already have a set of house plans and are looking for a builder to propose a project plan and quote a price to construct their house (custom build). Two, they have a wish list of ideas for their dream house, and engage us in the process of designing, planning, budgeting and eventually building their house (design/build).

Remodeling
In addition to constructing new homes, we also renovate, remodel, or construct additions onto our customer’s homes. Remodeling projects ultimately fall into the same custom build, design/build categories.
